N.A.P.A. stands for the Napa Academy of Performing Arts, the new educational program at Lucky Penny Productions. Our new education program is designed for those who wish to experience the joy of performance, and for those seeking career training. Our courses and workshops will cover acting, vocal performance, dance for theatre, technical theatre, writing for performance, and improvisational acting. We will also offer opportunities for play readings with discussions, master classes, summer camps and more.

Who is N.A.P.A. for?

Classes and workshops will be offered for youth and adults of all ages and levels of experience.

What classes are offered and when does N.A.P.A. begin?

Our first series of classes began the week of January 13, 2020. Unfortunately the coronavirus pandemic began during our second session so our class offerings are suspended. We hope our summer youth camps can proceed as planned.

What does it cost for classes?

An 8-week class costs $140 to $175. That involves eight 75-minute classes and a showcase performance.

Where do classes take place?

At the Lucky Penny Community Arts Center, 1758 Industrial Way in Napa.
